Live: You can call into our transcription phone line and dictate. The files get transcribed, reviewed, edited, and placed in your EMR.
Voice Files: Using a hand-held recording device, you may dictate notes and your docking station sends us the voice file which gets transcribed, reviewed, edited and placed in your EMR.
Scribes: For those of you who dislike dictating, we can provide either a live scribe on site or a virtual scribe who will remotely follow your encounter and reliably transcribe the encounter for you.

TECHNOLOGY
Using our “ScryptMD” mobile app, physicians can dictate the medical reports. This app is available on both iOS and Android platforms, and is linked to our Transcription Platform (MTMS) using which the clients can access the transcribed reports in a safe and secure manner.
VISUAL TRANSCRIPTION
Pain Management: Keizer team transcribes reports using Handwritten Physician notes, instead of dictations. This would save dictation time for the physicians. Keizer is offering this service to Pain Management physicians where our team prepares reports for Initial Visits, Follow-up Visits, Peer-to-Peer Visits, Supplemental Reports for patients who visit the physicians for either Work Comp related injuries, Personal Injury related, or PVT Insurance related.
IME/AME/QME/PQME: Keizer team transcribe reports using Handwritten Physician notes, instead of
dictations. This would save dictation time for the physicians. We prepare Doctor’s First Report, Initial Visits, Follow-up Visits, Peer-to-Peer Visits, Supplemental Reports for patients who visit the physicians for either Work Comp related injuries, Personal Injury related, or PVT Insurance related. Keizer offer this service to physicians performing IME/AME/QME/PQME evaluations – Workman’s Comp related process.
Physical Therapy: Keizer team transcribe reports for Initial Visit, Follow-up Visits, as well as Re-Evaluation for our Physical Therapy clients who use NervoMatrix device for Trigger Points Impedance Imaging (TPII) and Localized Intense Hyperstimulation Analgesia Treatment.
MEDICAL SUMMARIZATION / MEDICAL RECORDS REVIEW
Keizer offers these services to physicians who perform IME/AME/QME/PQME evaluations. Physicians need to review all the old medical records of a patient and summarize them in their detailed evaluations. This is a very time-consuming process and our team summarizes these medical records on behalf of the physician.
